Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) 'The spirit molecule'
Dr. Rick Strassman and Graham Hancock have proposed that dimethyltryptamine (DMT) may be responsible for our "perception" of inter-dimensional entities, such as spirits, demons, angels, ghosts, hypnopompic/gogic states, fairies, guides, aliens, near death experiences etc. DMT is secreted by the pineal gland in mammals and reptiles and occurs naturally in several plants. DMT may control the amount of "reality" that we need to know at the time.
